Recruitment and Talent Acquisition


The recruitment process is time consuming. For this reason, companies hire outsource or (external) recruiters or recruitment agencies so that the company can focus on its core business.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) - a company outsources a part or all of their recruitment activities to a third-party company to manage recruiting on their behalf.

My outsourced service includes:

  • Write job descriptions and post on job search boards

  • Candidate screening

  • Interviewing candidates (I am using different techniques such as behaviour based questions, competency-based questions. Sometimes I may ask a candidate to prepare a presentation about a specific topic. I screen candidates on the phone and I meet selected candidates in person)

  • Shortlisted candidates will be presented to the hiring manager where the candidate will have one or two interviews

  • If selected, you will get hired directly with the company.

I am supporting Canadian businesses to find potential and dedicated candidates for future job openings that could be temporary or permanent.
