We encourage all of our clients to review their documents before submitting them. Checking contact numbers, experience, spelling, and grammar are essential.

We are not accountable for positions closing prior to the project completion as this is external to our process.

 

Some computer systems are set up to receive files in unique ways. We will work with our clients to ensure that the tools we provide will be compatible with their computers. However, if there are editing difficulties due to client software, we will do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee to fix all issues.

If you are experiencing barriers to the job application process, we will ask for all job postings, resumes, and other documents that were submitted to job postings in order to get a good idea of delivery and skills matching. We will help to find out if success rates can be improved. This is the most important part of the feedback process and without the details, we are unable to help.

This guarantee entails that we will work with you to address any revisions/changes/minor additions that you might need within the first two (2) weeks of you receiving your new documents, for free.

Refund Policy​
 

Since our services can be replicated after delivery, we are unable to offer money back on our range of offerings. We will offer our expertise and our clients are extremely satisfied with our work.

Resume writing requires hours of a writers’ time which is why all sales are Final. We deliver high quality service and cannot offer refunds on our services, as these are not products that can be returned. 

We will work with you by providing revisions and address any concerns you have but will be unable to provide full or partial refunds once an order has been placed.

Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style. 

No refunds: If the project has been completed.
